Poster information

The full papers corresponding to poster presentations will be included in the Conference Proceedings in the same way that the full papers corresponding to oral presentations.

Therefore, poster authors are expected to submit a full paper through their Personal Area following the instructions described in Paper submission

No particular format is required for the poster, maximum poster size being DIN A0 (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).

 

Poster presentations

Corridors A & B, near the Exhibitor Area.

The poster presentations will be made in three sessions each day in parallel with the oral presentations, as shown in the program. Each poster session will have about 24 presentations that will displayed on poster boards in corridors A & B according to the figure below. There will be a chair and a co-chair of each session.

Posters layout

Presenters at the poster sessions are asked to mount their posters on poster boards before the beginning of the first session and to remove them at the end of the last session. According to the scheduled time, the presenter of each poster will have 5 minutes for giving an oral summary of the work. After all posters have been presented in 2 parallel series, the remaining time until the end of the session will be available for further discussion between the presenters and the other participants.

Posters will be displayed during the whole day. Therefore, to increase visibility, presenters are expected to be with their poster also during coffee breaks.

The maximum size allowed for posters is DIN A0, 841 (width) x 1189 cm (height).
